This website is Dylan Alexander’s personal portfolio. These terms relate to using the website, not a contract for development or design services.

Using the site

You’re welcome to browse the portfolio and follow its project links. Please don’t attempt to disrupt the site, misuse its contact details, or access systems without permission.

Content and ownership

Unless otherwise stated, my original text, artwork and other portfolio material belong to me. Project names, trademarks, games and client assets belong to their respective owners. A project appearing here does not grant a licence to copy its code or assets; consult the project’s own licence and terms.

Fan-made projects

SnailQuest is an independent HeroQuest companion. The Lunacid Automap mod and upcoming expansion are unofficial fan projects. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by the games’ creators, publishers or rights holders. HeroQuest and Lunacid names are used to identify the games those projects relate to.

Project links and availability

External links are provided for convenience. Other sites set their own terms and privacy policies. Projects may change, move or become unavailable. Work labelled “in development” is not a promise of a release date or a particular feature set.

Accuracy and responsibility

I aim to keep the site accurate and useful, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every project description is always up to date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Working together

Any paid work needs a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, responsibilities and intellectual property. Sending an enquiry does not create that agreement.
